Classes

Yoga is one of the only approaches to health that assists in keeping your body healthy, strong, and flexible while simultaneously providing mental clarity and emotional well-being. Available to any level of experience, we combine ancient tradition with innovation. Meditation and deep breathing are a large component of our classes.  Yoga poses provide an opportunity to release and restore. All classes end with Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep, a guided meditation.  Awaken refreshed and rejuvenated, with a deep sense of peace.  If you come, breathe, try your best, with an open heart and mind you’ll notice immediate benefits.


Group classes $25.00 per class / Private classes $75.00 per class / Virtual group classes $20.00 per class / Virtual private classes $65.00 per class.

We are an intimate home-based yoga studio and we appreciate your co-operation. You are responsible for your own body and please always listen to the needs of your body during practice. 

Yoga is for everyone, all our welcome! Our classes are focused on self connection, inner peace and yoga philosophy.  Classes include meditation, chanting, breathing techniques, poses and deep relaxation.
